Top O' the Mornin'

It seems everyone has a bit of Irish in them come St. Patty's Day, except Nick who chose not to wear green to work. It was a risky move on his part. I taught Hudson to pinch (hey, that party pooper needed to learn his lesson). All day I'd say, "what do we do when Daddy gets home?" Hudson would squeeze him arm and say, "pinch, pinch." So when Nick did get home, Hudson continued to squeeze his own arm. Thankfully, it doesn't seem like we'll be having to deal with Hudson pinching other children. He doesn't get it! Of course, at bathtime, Hudson and Maren both got their fair share of pinches too.
We made shamrock sugar cookies. Hudson got to "help" decorate some. Really I just caught him face down to the counter licking the first one we frosted. Don't worry, he didn't do that with all of them. He then proceeded to request "green cookies" the rest of the day.
